Public directory only

Lawn Roster is a public information directory. Lawn Roster is not a contractor, broker, employer, dispatcher, referral agency, matching service, payment processor for lawn care work, escrow service, or middleman. Customers choose whether to contact a listed company directly.

Company-provided information

Company listing information is provided by the listed company or its authorized representative. Lawn Roster may display company-submitted information, reviews, photos, service areas, contact information, insurance/COI status, pricing notes, and other profile details, but Lawn Roster does not independently guarantee the truth, accuracy, completeness, current status, or legal sufficiency of that information.

Meaning of Verified Pro

Verified Pro is a paid directory listing status. It means the person or business representative responsible for the listing has created and paid for an upgraded Lawn Roster listing, or has been granted an equivalent no-billing/manual listing status by Lawn Roster administration. The payment or administrative approval helps confirm that there is a real person or account responsible for the listing.

Verified Pro does not mean that Lawn Roster has physically visited the company’s office, yard, shop, home, storage location, job site, or any other property. Verified Pro does not mean that Lawn Roster has verified ownership, licensing, insurance coverage, employee status, equipment, background checks, service quality, pricing, availability, workmanship, legal compliance, or the company’s ability to perform any service.

Customers are responsible for performing their own due diligence before hiring any company, including confirming identity, current contact information, pricing, availability, licensing, insurance, references, written agreements, and any other matter important to the customer.

Insurance and COI status

COI on file means a certificate or related insurance document has been provided for private review or administrative recordkeeping. Lawn Roster does not guarantee that coverage is active, adequate, applicable, valid, collectible, or current. Customers should confirm current coverage directly with the company and, when appropriate, with the insurance carrier or agent before hiring.

No guarantee of results

Lawn Roster does not guarantee that any listed company will respond, provide an estimate, accept work, perform work, complete work, honor quoted pricing, maintain insurance, comply with law, or satisfy any customer’s expectations. Any hiring decision, communication, contract, payment, dispute, or service relationship is solely between the customer and the company.
